- What you could do to prevent each of the mistakes you listed.
- Pair up with someone from another group and share.
- Do they have something you hadn't thought of yet? Make note of it on you your paper.

Safety Procedures
Review the following safety procedures. Discuss how each fit into the 5 rules to follow. Then go into your Google Classroom and sign the agreement form stating you have read the safety procedures, you are familiar with the safety rules, and you agree to follow the expectations to help keep our science classroom and labs a safe environment.

Safety Letter
Option 1
Task: A visitor is coming in to observe the science class during an experiment day. Write a letter to the visitor that explains how to be safe in class so that she does not get injured. Please format as a letter using a heading, proper greetings, and your signature with your expertise listed. You may use your safety rules for reference.
Option 2
Task: A new student the science class during an experiment day. Write a letter to the new student that explains how to be safe in class so that she/he does not get injured. Please format as a letter using a heading, proper greetings, and your signature with your expertise listed. You may use your safety rules for reference.
Details: Format your letter in the correct format. It must include list all our safety rules and a description of at least 3 of our 5 rules that you feel are the most important. You must turn in a hand written rough draft that has been peer edited and a typed final draft in Google Classroom.
